HEMPZENE respects and attempts to protect the privacy of all users of this Site. HEMPZENE’s current Privacy Policy is available on this Site and is incorporated herein by reference and made a part of these Terms of Use. That Privacy Policy explains how HEMPZENE treats your personal information, and protects your privacy when you use the Site to purchase. By using the Site, you understand and expressly agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use, the Purchase Policy and the Privacy Policy each of which shall supersede any subsequent terms or conditions included with any purchase order. Effective immediately upon posting on this Site, HEMPZENE reserves the right to change these Terms of Use, the Purchase Policy and the Privacy Policy at any time. For our customers who select one of our discounted multi-bottle packages, please note that your credit card will be charged at the time of order, and that your full order will be shipped to the address you provide. Our company takes no responsibility for orders not received where your provided address is shown as the ship-to address. If your card declines, and no other method of payment is successfully attempted, we reserve the right to reattempt your order within three business days and will contact you upon successfully processing your order.”
